Back in April 2004, Tom Brush and Felipe Herrera came together to establish Felipe's Taqueria. Nestled in a small Harvard Square storefront, they embarked on a mission to serve the appetites of the community with mouthwatering Mexican cuisine. At the heart of Felipe's philosophy lies a simple yet powerful belief: good food starts with fresh ingredients and stays true to authentic recipes.
Since our inception, Felipe's Taqueria has been a haven for those seeking the vibrant character of Mexican cuisine in a comfortable neighborhood gathering place. Tom and Felipe, driven by their passion for great food and great value, have tirelessly worked to create an experience that leaves a lasting impression.
In 2015 Felipe's moved from its humble beginnings on Mt Auburn St. to our current location on Brattle St. Here the full scratch made cocktail bars, expansive roof deck, and patio, and hard wood grills have been fully actualized making Felipe's one of the hottest spots in the Boston area.

FELIPE'S HARVARD SQUARE
In April 2004 Tom Brush and Felipe Hererra founded Felipe's Taqueria. Since then, Tom and Felipe have been satisfying hungry customers in Harvard Square with delicious Mexican fare. Felipe's philosophy for good food is simple: ingredients should always be fresh and the recipes authentic.
THE FELIPE'S EXPERIENCE
The Felipe's Taqueria experience can be summed up in three words: Fresh, Fast, and Friendly. Everything made - from the hand-squeezed key lime margaritas to the traditional guacamole to the various complimentary salsas - is prepared in small batches, guaranteeing that it is served at the peak of freshness.
